Event Information (Need to apply)
Not only watching the tennis matches, but also being able to the events as tennis players is one of the attraction of 【AIG OPEN】.As usual, this year there are many events at the site of Ariake where world top players will play.
Some are that you can book at the time, but here we introduce you the ones advance booking is needed.


【About multiple booking for the same event】
You can book only once to each events. If you book more than once to the same event, your booking will be invalid.

【About treatment of personal information】
We promise we never use your personal information(you have booked) besides proceed of booking and joining to the events, as long as there is no notice on the explanation of each events. After the proceed and events, your personal information will be safely disposed under the security policy of personal information by JTA.
CLINIC FOR PARENTS AND CHILDREN

We will master the subjects by helping each other under the blue sky.
Why don’t we make happy memories together?
Mr.Shuzo Matsuoka, who treasures bonds of family, will give you advices and it is scheduled that the entrant players of AIG OPEN will join!

Marquee is the tent that is put for the space of VIP exclusive.
The exclusive table will be set and you can enjoy drink and snack.
You can watch the matches at the center court from the Royal Box.

Every year this event was so popular. Off course, we will do it this year as well. Every week day(after the second match), we will give you the right for returning the service by the entrant players Why don’t you try to return the service by your favorite players? Children are also welcome!

THE COLLECTION OF MASCOT CHARACTER FOR THE TOURNAMENT

We will collect mascot character for the tournament.
This character will be chosen as the mascot for the tournament in 2007.
We will nominate 10 works( carefully chosen from the all the works) in advance and wil display at the site.
We will ask those who will come to the site to vote and we will decide the winner.
■ Deadline of booking postmark of 22Sep is valid
■ Prescription of collection You should use white paper,sized A4( it doesn’t matter length or width).Material, coloring and technique are whatever you would like. If you make CG work, it must be printed out in the paper, sized A4.
■ Method of collection Please write your 1.postcord・address 2.name 3.tel number 4.concept of your work in a postcard and send to the address below.
■ Prize The chosen 10 works: weekday(from 2 to 6) a pair of a concert tickets are given as the prize
The best work: 100,000 yen are given.
■ Some rights All the rights, such as copywright, use and merchandize, of the collection works belong to the President. Collection works are limited in your own original ones, not similar with other goods and mark character.
※We won’t return your works to you. Please let us inform you in advance.
■ Method of judging After the serious judging, we will select 10 people at the main office and display at the site of AIG OPEN 2006.
The final judging will be done by those who will come to the site and one person will be selected.
